With this change, the lifecycle will be set to 3 months and guests will receive a notification at the specified private email address when the account is about to expire. This notification is sent after 80 days of inactivity and includes instructions for when the account should be maintained.
In addition, after 30 days, an open invitation is automatically revoked. No notification is sent for this. This concerns external people who are invited but have never logged into the O365 environment of Utrecht University.
