Description Guest users (Azure AD guest users) who have not been logged in to the Office 365 environment of Utrecht University for more than 13 months are automatically removed from the Office 365 environment due to security guidelines
time Monday 24 January 2022 10:00 to Monday 14 February 17:00 (phased implementation)
impact The guest user will no longer have access to the Teams, SharePoint site or the shared files from OneDrive, Teams or SharePoint. The guest user can always gain access again based on the existing methods.
