We are still waiting for a structural solution but there is a validated work around available which can be applied by the affected users within the Outlook application. This work around is available in the self-service portal of TOPdesk.

There is a workaround available for Outlook which can be applied by the Service Desk for users who report this issue. At the same time, there is a solution direction that is being further analyzed with the supplier.

The cause of the malfunction has not yet been identified. Users who experience such crashes are advised to temporarily use the Outlook web version.

At this moment you may experience problems when using the Outlook application. When performing various actions ( replying mail, setting up appointment, modifying appointment) Outlook keeps shutting down and the application needs to be restarted.
