Resolved: Prio 1 Failure – Outlook – Release Quarantine not working

The issue with email being blocked has been resolved.

 

Email – Release Quarantine not working

Due to a change by Microsoft, you may receive mail from quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com. This is not a phishing mail. The sender is a correct and real Microsoft e-mail address.

The mail indicates that mails are being kept for you in Quarantine in the Security and Compliance Centre. You are given three options:
– Check message
– Request release
– Block sender

These options do not work as expected.

A solution is currently being worked on.
