After intensive consultation with the supplier, the cause ot this issue has been determined.  Currently a solution is being designed, realized and tested.  No estimate of the time needed for this process can be given at this moment.  The situation is unchanged and the temporary solution remains in place.

After close consultation with the supplier, the cause of the outage has been determined.  We are currently looking for a solution.  Of course we are doing everything possible to find and implement this solution as soon as possible.  For now, the situation remains unchanged and the temporary solution remains in place.

We are in direct contact with the supplier, but unfortunately they cannot yet indicate when they expect the problems to be resolved structurally. Of course we are doing everything we can to ensure that this is clarified as soon as possible. For now, the situation remains the same and the work around remains in place.

It is worth noting that emails will not be resent of transactions dated before implementing the workaround (15 July). It is recommended to resubmit these transactions.

The work around for the Digital Signature service has been implemented.

As the supplier needs a longer resolution time for the permanent solution, a work around is in progress.

You may currently experience problems receiving mail confirmations from ValidSign when using the Digital Signature service (signature.uu.nl).
