Our central Identity & Access Management system (IAM) will be replaced. The various connected services will be transferred during the migration. This may lead to very short interruptions in the access to those services (not when you’re already logged in). It is also possible that modifications in services will be delayed.

The following services will be interrupted for a longer period:
Sunday 5/7 08:00 – Monday 6/7 08:30 Userapp (to create guest accounts at the Library and for Blackboard)
Sunday 5/7 08:00 – Thursday 9/7 08:00 Password Selfservice (to change your password; when this is really necessary, please contact the ICT Servicedesk)

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
