Currently we experience issues with 55 mail imports we use within TOPdesk. These mail imports process hundreds of emails every week. To resolve this issue, we must reboot TOPdesk, unfortunately. During the reboot, TOPdesk will not be available. Several minutes before the reboot commences, operators will be reminded to save their work.
