The current password portals SSPR and MySolisID are replaced by a new MySolisID portal. Through this new portal, the user has access to a self-service functionality, where all matters concerning the password and extra authentication concerning the SolisID can be arranged.

The following services are briefly or not available during the replacement maintenance: ‘Change password / forgotten password’ and ‘Set / Change / Use Two-factor authentication.’

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
