The current Expense Portal (via Basware) is being replaced. As from October 9th users must submit their declarations via Self-service HR. For more information, see this intranet message .

SAP, Basware and the Expense Portal are unavailable during the weekend. Afterwards declarations have to be submitted via Selfservice-HR.

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
