New Teams recordings get expiration time.

Impact: New Teams recordings get an expiration date of 365 days by default. As a user you can change the expiration date or you can indicate that the recording should not expire. When the expiration date approaches, the owner of the recording will receive a notification email so that action can be taken to preserve the recording if necessary.
