Some SQL application databases are migrated to an ‘always-on’ cluster. This concerns CIC (ACD), Climate Control, GROS, Profile Pages and Qdesk. They will be intermittently available.

The ACD environments will continue to work, but temporarily without information from incoming calls. This will be further coordinated with FSC Security and the DGK Emergency Clinic.

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
