Impact: Osiris unavailable during maintenance.

Management teams for which there is an impact have been involved in the testing period and informed of the release date.
All key users have been involved in setting the release date. They have additionally been informed of the schedule.
For users, there are downtime announcements on OSIRIS Basic, Student, Teacher and Catalog.
