Resolved: PRIO1 Global outage Office365 services

The global Microsoft outage has been resolved,
the Office365 environment can be used again

 

 

Since about 8:30 this morning, Microsoft has been experiencing a (global) outage that has disrupted all Office365 services. Some applications or services are working slower, sporadically do not work at all or have certain features that no longer work. This concerns at least Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook and OneDrive. These include making calls via Teams, loading mail and loading Sharepoint pages.A solution is being worked on by Microsoft. Unfortunately, the Service Desk cannot provide support for this outage, they are entirely dependent here on the solution to come from Microsoft.

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
