Description SAP Year-end change 2020/2021
   
impact During the maintenance, SAP Personnel file, – Research file and – Purchase contracts are not available Due to maintenance work, all SAP-related services are not available on the weekend from 8 to 11 January 2021. This concerns the following services and associated times:

mijn.uu.nl (purchasing, invoice processing, HR processes Through and outflow)
between Friday 8/1 6am and Monday 11/1 6am

edocs (contract management, research files, UB contracts)
between Friday 8/1 6am and Monday 11/1 6am

self-service HR
between Friday, 8/1 6am and Monday 11/1 6am

SAP-PRD (FI, HR, SRM)
between Friday 8/1 6 PM and Monday 11/1 6 AM
