The procurement tool SAP SRM will be optimized. The new version will go live at Monday 6/11. More information can be found on the internet.
N.B. Orders for IT products will follow the current procedure for the time being. Buyers will receive separate communication about this.

From Tuesday 31/10 18.00 orders are no longer possible through SAP SRM and from Thursday 2/11 18:00 orders can no longer be accepted or disapproved, until the go live of the new portal on Monday 6/11.

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
